Retention Marketing Specialist

Our Client, a revolutionary mobile app that is transforming content marketing and used by over 100,000 active users is currently looking to grow its Marketing team. As the company continues to evolve its product offering we are looking for a talented team member to grow with us.

Our Client is looking for someone who has previous experience in app retention and can drive the optimization of push notification and user retention strategies.  You will be creating communications for new and existing customers that will increase acquisition rates, conversions and growth marketing plans. This is a small but growing team in need of someone who can work cross functionally and collaboratively with the North American team. This is a critical role that will have involvement with several key stakeholders within the company and opportunity for career growth.

What you’ll do

  • Drive targeted communications through push & email notifications, using data, insights and research to make informed decisions.
  • Increase user adoption and retention rates globally.  
  • Identify new ways to promote and communicate a new app in the marketplace and always be proactively thinking about opportunities.
  • Monitor performance of marketing communication efforts and share insights and red flags regularly with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams.

Who are you? 

  • You have 2-3 years of experience in a marketing and retention role ideally at a successful service oriented app company.
  • You have proven your ability to develop and implement data driven email / push strategy and tactics.
  • You are able to tell us how you have been able to increase adoption and retention rates of a mobile app, backed up by metrics.
  • You are able to communicate effectively and keep key stakeholders informed of key findings, data and trends.
  • You are able to take ownership and evolve with a growing app company.
  • You are passionate about marketing and transforming the way companies share content.
